Firm History

TELIOS was founded in Dallas in 2002, as a mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering firm. Shortly, afterwards, in 2004, we opened our second office in the Houston area. In 2007, we expanded our engineering services to include, sustainability consultants, providing our clients with dedicated staff focused on the various sustainable review processes (e.g., LEED, Energy Star), energy modeling and commissioning. In 2008, Telios created an employee-owned affiliate, Teliosity, a minority/women-owned entity to pursue public initiatives. We have expanded our services once more in 2010 to include operations of mission critical facilities such as data centers and hospitals, including not only operational audits, but also providing third party operations of facilities.

We are very comfortable with change, growing and aligning ourselves as the market and our world progresses.
