Recently, Telios completed a class A, 250,000 sf corporate headquarters renovation and a ground up 3 building corporate campus which included early infrastructure planning. Impacting long term operation costs and immediate budget objectives of our clients, communicating the various options that affect cost is our approach to the MEP infrastructure. Our client base includes the entire project team: developer, architect and contractor. Thus, we strive to create concepts and documentation that address each team member’s specific needs.
