Brian is one of the owners of Telios Corporation. He provides hands-on project management and staff guidance rooted in his personal value to provide solutions that are aligned with the project purpose, therefore creating value for the owner. Based on “value” project delivery, Brian’s responsibilities include the corporate quality control program.
