Building Information Modeling is the process of generating and managing building data using three-dimensional, real-time, dynamic building modeling software to create coordinated, consistent information – which enables faster decision-making, better documentation, and the ability to estimate building performance before ground is ever broken.

The application of BIM on a new or existing construction project has benefits for architects, contractors, owners and facility managers. HVAC, Structural, and Architectural three-dimensional models are produced which can be shared with the owner and construction team during design and construction.

Increased focus is typically required during schematic and design development to deliver a set of documents that can be used for detailed coordination and budget pricing review, with an overall goal of issuing a construction package which will reduce construction change orders and schedule delays.

REVIT MEP/AutoCAD MEP

Telios currently utilizes REVIT MEP and AutoCad MEP to produce BIM models for new and existing construction projects. Although the software is relatively new to the MEP design world, we have developed a trained and highly skilled team to take on this new challenge and need in the construction market.
